Then there’sJonathan Bailey (Wicked),who scored a SAG nomination.
But, it could just as well beClarence Maclin (Sing Sing).
Beyond that, it feels wide open.

The Academy has confirmed that all of the nominees will not perform as they have in previous years.
This was confirmed in a letter sent out to Academy members seen byVariety.
It’s a sweet tradition which calls on past winners to introduce nominees they often have a connection with.
Last year some of those announcing include Charlize Theron, Michelle Yeoh, Matthew McConaughey, and Forest Whitaker.
We’d be surprised if this year’s line-up didn’t include some of 2024’s winners.
However, we do know that somemajor movies are ineligible for the major awards.
