If thats your deal, youre in luck with Talisman 5th Edition.
Both their character card portraits and their miniatures are jam-packed with character.
If youre a diehard Talisman defender, you could pretty much take that as my final verdict.
Gameplay
In many respects, Talisman is like high fantasy Monopoly.
Unfortunately, all that culminates in usually seeing the winning achieve their victory in slow motion.
Its anyones game early on but it doesnt take long to reach a kind of point of no return.
Should you buy Talisman 5th Edition?
Does an odd part of me love this rusty ol' velocipede?
I couldn’t stand to give Talisman 5th Edition a lower score despite its obvious flaws.
However, the lack of player agency is likely to dull your interest over time.

Component quality
Talisman 5th Editions components are no doubt the games greatest strong point.
Its detailed miniatures, characterful portraits, and lush environmental art are all wins in my book.

Depending on the kind of luck you have when playing Talisman, you may get very, very lost.
You like adventure games with more RPG elementsTheres very little room for buildcrafting here, Im afraid.
Youll often find that you get what you get and you wont get upset.
